On September 18, the first National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Industrial Textiles (SAC/TC606) (hereinafter referred to as the "TC606 Standard Committee") was held in Shanghai. State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration Standards and Technology Management Department inspector Guo Huanxin, China Textile Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as "China Textile Association") President Sun Ruizhe, vice president Li Lingshen, Chinese Academy of Engineering Yu Jianyong, China Textile Association science and technology development deputy director Sun Ximin, as well as textile standards related institutions, research institutes, enterprises more than 230 representatives attended the meeting.
Ma Yongmei, general manager of China Textile Science Research Institute Co., LTD., and Li Guimei, president of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, co-chaired the meeting.
Guo Huanxin said that strengthening the standardization of industrial textiles and building a standard system suitable for high-quality development are of great significance to promote the innovation and development of the textile industry, the safety and stability of the key industrial chain, and the upgrading of products. Strengthening the standardization of industrial textiles is a powerful starting point to promote the development of new quality productivity in the textile industry, an important guarantee for the safety and stability of the key industrial chain, and an effective way to promote the upgrading of products. The standard committee should focus on the new needs of the development of China's industrial textile industry, further improve the national standard system, lead the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries with the improvement of national standards, implement the standard system to support green and low-carbon development, and docking international rules to achieve the compatibility of standards.
Sun Ruizhe pointed out that the standard is an innovation vane, a cooperation connector, a market pass, and an industrial right to speak. China's textile industry has built 7 national standardization technical committees (TC) and 18 sub-technical committees (SC) for textiles, textile machinery and accessories, clothing, household textiles, silk, chemical fibers, industrial textiles, etc. There are 890 national standards and 1888 industry standards in the textile industry. It has initially formed a standardization technical organization and a relatively complete standard system covering fiber raw materials, processing equipment and the three major terminal application fields, and the standardization work has played a basic, supportive and leading role.
Sun Ruizhe said that industrial textiles are an important component of the national strategic emerging industries and a key area for the development of new quality productivity in the textile industry. However, in terms of scientific and technological innovation and standards leading, it is still necessary to further form new advantages in international competition. The establishment of the TC606 standard committee will be an important milestone for the industrial textile industry to lead the development of new quality productivity through standards. He pointed out that the Standard Committee should be responsible and lead high-quality development with standards. First, we must have a systematic and overall plan; Second, we must be forward-looking and keep pace with The Times; Third, we need to be global, open and cooperative. High standards lead to high-quality development.
The meeting read out the announcement of the National Standardization Management Committee on the establishment of the national Technical Committee for the standardization of industrial textiles. The first TC606 standard committee is composed of 163 members, Li Lingshen as chairman, Ma Yongmei, Li Guimei, Zhang Yun, Wang Guojian as deputy chairman, Liu Feifei as member and secretary general, Huang Jingying as member and deputy Secretary general, the secretariat is undertaken by the Textile Industry Standardization Institute.
At the same time, in order to more widely play the role of experts in various fields and better carry out the standardization work in the field of industrial textiles, the first National industrial textile Standard Committee appointed Yu Jiyong as the chief expert, Xu Lu as the consultant, 19 experts as observers, and issued certificates to the chief experts, consultants, members and observers.
The meeting reviewed and adopted the charter of the TC606 Standard Committee, the working rules of the secretariat, the work plan and the standard system, and reviewed and adopted the proposal of the standard Committee to establish three sub-technical committees for nonwoven materials, geotextile materials and textile materials for filtration and separation.
Ma Yongmei spoke on behalf of the secretariat undertaking unit, and said that standardization has always been an important scientific and technological innovation work of China Textile Institute and China Textile Standard. In the face of the new situation and new requirements, China Textile Standard will further increase investment to provide a strong guarantee and high-quality standardization service platform for the orderly implementation of standardization work such as standard formulation and revision, major standardization scientific research project declaration and research, and organization of standards promotion and implementation.
Li Lingshen said that the textile industry actively promotes and develops new quality productivity, which is both an important task and a new practice for standardization workers. The core of new quality productivity lies in innovation and the pursuit of "quality" change. The formulation and implementation of the standard not only laid the foundation for the emerging and future industries, but also for the traditional industries to optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, and ensure the quality of products and services. Therefore, it can be said that the pursuit of a high level of standardization is to promote the "quality" of productivity. He put forward several suggestions for the work of the standard committee: first, strengthen their own capacity building, second, strengthen the seamless docking of standards and scientific research work, third, pay attention to the implementation of standards, and fourth, pay attention to the digital development of standards.
