Air spinning

Air spinning has the advantages of high speed, large yarn roll, wide adaptability, simple mechanism and no spindle, steel collar, steel wire ring, which can double the output of spun yarn.


The difference between air spinning and ring spinning


Air spinning and ring spinning are new textile technology and old spinning technology. Air spinning is air spinning, while ring spinning is mechanical spinning, which is twisted by spindle, steel bell and steel wire ring and drawn by roller. Air jet spinning


Jet spinning is a new spinning method which uses high-speed rotating air flow to twist yarn into yarn. Jet spinning adopts cotton sliver feeding, four roller double short rubber ring with large draft, twisting yarn through fixed nozzle. After the yarn is drawn out, it is wound through the cleaner to the yarn barrel and wound directly into the bobbin yarn.

Jet spinning can spin 30-7.4tex (20-80 British) yarn, suitable for pure spinning and blending of chemical fiber and cotton. Because of the special spinning mechanism of jet spinning, the structure and performance of jet spinning are obviously different from ring spinning, and its products have a unique style.

Characteristics of jet spinning and its products:


a, high spinning speed. Jet spinning uses air twisting, without high-speed rotating machinery (such as steel wire rings in ring spinning), to achieve high-speed spinning, spinning speed can reach 120-300 meters/min, and the output per head is equivalent to 10-15 times of each spindle ring spinning.

b, short process flow. Jet spinning is less than ring spinning roving, bobbin 2 processes, saving about 30% of the plant area. Compared with ring spun yarn, 10,000 spindle workers 90 people, reduced by about 60%, machine material consumption is about 30% lower than ring spun, usually maintenance costs and maintenance workload are also reduced.

c, the product quality is good, with characteristics. The quality of air-jet yarn is better than that of ring spun yarn except that the strength of yarn is 5-20% lower than that of ring spun yarn. The physical characteristics of air jet yarn such as CV value, coarse detail and yarn defects are superior to ring spun yarn. The yarn strength is lower, but the strength unevenness is lower than that of ring spun yarn when the yarn is above 3mm. It is suitable for weaving new looms such as rapier loom and air jet loom, and can increase loom production efficiency by more than 2%.

The quality of jet spinning is not only similar to ring spun yarn, but also has its uniqueness, the friction coefficient of jet yarn is large, the yarn has direction, and its friction performance is also directional. Better wear resistance than ring spun yarn, but feel harder.

Jet spinning attached some devices, can also develop some special varieties of yarn, such as fancy yarn, core yarn, mixed yarn and so on.

d, wide variety adaptation. Jet yarn can do both knitting products and woven products, and the variety is widely adapted.
